Terms of Use

    Last updated: September 30, 2026

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of MotionSites AI — including the prompt library, animated backgrounds, templates, Academy content, and any subscription or one-time purchase you make. By using the website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

    Who we are

MotionSites AI ("we", "us") operates motionsites.ai — a library of premium AI website prompts, animated backgrounds, ready-to-use templates, and tutorials. Questions? Reach us through the contact page.

    Accounts

To access paid content you need an account with a valid email address and password. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to make a purchase. Don't share your account or sign-in details with anyone else.

    Purchases, plans and billing

We offer recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases (such as lifetime plans and prompt packs). Current plans and prices are always shown before checkout.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time — see the refund policy for what that means for payments already made.

Prices may change over time. Any change applies only to future billing periods — your current plan keeps the price you signed up at until that period ends.

You're responsible for any taxes, VAT, or payment fees that apply in your country.

    Access to content

Your plan gives you access to the content included in that plan for as long as your subscription is active — or, for lifetime plans, for as long as the service exists.

We may add, update, or retire content over time. Retiring a piece of content is not grounds for a refund of past billing periods.

Your licence — what you can and can't do

You may copy prompt text and source code into your own projects, modify them, build with them, and publish or sell the websites and apps you create with them.

    • Don't resell, redistribute, or share the prompt text or source code itself
    • Don't republish the prompt library or its content anywhere on the web
    • Don't share your account or sign-in details with others
    • Don't scrape, automate bulk access, or try to bypass paywalls or access controls

We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these rules.

    AI tools and results

Prompts and templates are designed to be used with third-party AI tools (such as Lovable, Bolt, Cursor, or Claude). Those tools are owned and priced by their own providers, and their behaviour, output, and pricing are outside our control.

Results depend on the tool you use and how you use the prompt. We can't guarantee a specific outcome from any prompt.

    Intellectual property

The website itself — the prompt library, text, video backgrounds, design, and branding — is owned by MotionSites AI and protected by copyright and trademark laws. The licence described in these Terms is the only permission we grant.

Websites and apps you build with our prompts are yours.

    Third-party services

The site relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), Google (analytics), Meta and X (advertising measurement), and YouTube (embedded videos). Each of these is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

    Availability

We work hard to keep the site running but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

    Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights you have that can't be limited by contract.

    Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and we'll highlight significant changes where practical. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
